Jack Tranter - Driver and Founder of Tranter Motorsports

Jack Tranter’s passion for racing was ignited at a young age, growing up at Waterford Hills Raceway, where he supported his father in his own racing career. Surrounded by the sounds of engines and the thrill of competition, Jack knew that racing was his calling. He eventually transitioned into racing himself, starting with the Spec Miata series, where he honed his skills and built a reputation for his strategic driving and dedication on the track.

In addition to his real-world racing, Jack has made a name for himself in the virtual racing world on iRacing, where he has achieved an impressive 6500 iRating—placing him in the top 1000 in the road racing series. This success in sim racing further fueled his passion for motorsports, and he’s continuously improving his skills while competing in some of the most challenging events.

Recently, Jack took his commitment to racing to the next level by founding Tranter Motorsports, a team built with the support of his close friends and fellow racers Codey Palmer, Cole Trenum, and Dan Buchy. Together, the team is sharpening their skills in iRacing, constantly pushing each other to new heights in both virtual and real-world racing. Jack’s next big goal is to build a car and compete in the Champcar Endurance Series, further expanding his horizons and taking the team’s racing journey to even greater levels.

With a strong foundation in both real-world and virtual racing, Tranter Motorsports is ready to tackle any challenge ahead, with Jack leading the charge toward new and exciting racing ventures.
